How to buy a home cheaper than renting in 8 minutes!!!

I sat with my Mortgage Lender Glenda Meyer this morning to talk about numbers. This is the number 1 question people have when we start talking!!! What can I afford / How much is my payment going to be?

HERE are the real numbers the no beating around the bush no marketing scheme.  These are solid round numbers that you can go by.  They do go up and down depending on credit score and a few other factors but not by much.

We did the video for Veterans and Active Duty people because that is my market.  I am a former U.S. Marine and I have gone through this process a few times buying my own homes and helping others.

People that are always asking what the numbers are and how we get our buyers into home for almost nothing out of pocket. I have developed a system with Glenda. We are able to beat out multiple offers using our system and technique. The best part is getting people into homes with almost no money coming out of their pocket.

Everyone loves free money, instant equity, and the feeling that they are being taken care of by people who care.  We are here to help if you have any questions just reach out and ask!
